Meet the First Verified Personal Trainers on NG2 Kinetic

West Bridgford has never been short of personal trainers. What's been missing is a way to know who is the right trainer for you, before taking time to arrange a consultation. That's why I built NG2 Kinetic, and today I'm introducing the first four trainers to be verified. Every one of them has had their qualifications checked, their insurance confirmed and their identity verified. Every one of them has something unique to bring to the table and years of experience under their belts. You're in safe hands!

Let's see who's available

Sam B. — SB Performance Coaching Can you touch your toes? That's the question Sam starts with, and it tells you everything about how he coaches. Thirty years of rugby have taught him that training shouldn't mean trying to lift like you did at 21. He builds mobility and good movement first, then strength and fitness around whatever your life actually looks like. If you've been meaning to start but don't feel "fit enough", Sam's your man. Sam outside of 1:1 training offers a Winter Strength group class at Moderns Rugby Club Strength, flexibility and mobility. Other ways you can reach Jacob: Website, Instagram

Jacob A. — Jacob Anderson Coaching Jacob works with busy mums and dads who want to lose body fat, build strength and feel confident in the gym without turning their whole life upside down. Training plans built around your schedule, nutrition guidance that works with normal family meals, and accountability to keep it going. He's helped clients drop over 20kg while holding down jobs and kids. Strength, running and bodybuilding. Other ways you can reach Jacob: Website, Instagram

Ash F. — Battle PT With five years of service in the British Army, Ash brings a unique level of disipline, accountability and a variety of skills that allows him to communicate with anyone and understand their needs and goals. Ash has a Level 4 in nutrition qualification, and currently studying to become a strength and conditioning coach. Ash specialises in getting beginners into powerlifting and supporting first-time competitors through their first meet. He also runs BATTLECAMP, an early Friday morning bootcamp at PureGym West Bridgford, and offers a free consultation and strength assessment to get started. Powerlifting, HIIT and bootcamp. Other ways you can reach Ash: Website, Instagram

Lewis H. — Hayward Coaching Lewis has built a core foundation of empowering women regain strength and confidence. He's there for the woman who's always felt like the gym wasn't built for her: teaching her to lift weights she once found intimidating, to feel comfortable in her own skin, and to carry that confidence into every other part of her life. His view is that the physical transformation is the bonus; the belief you can do things you never thought you could is the point. Strength and conditioning, with boxing in the mix. Other ways you can reach Lewis: Instagram

What "verified" actually means Every trainer on The Roster has to submit their Level 3 personal trainer qualification, their insurance and any other qualifications they have, and each document is checked before a profile goes live. You can be rest assured the trainers on NG2 Kinetic are who they say they are, and based at their stated location.
